Delete your Fluxora data

You can delete some of your data from inside the Fluxora app, or delete your whole account by email. Both are below.

Delete some of your data

These are in the app, and none of them close your account:

• Delete a profile — Account → Manage profiles. Removes that profile's name, picture and PIN.
• Remove a server — Account → Switch server. Removes that server from your account.
• Revoke a share link — Account → Shared links. The link stops working immediately.

Delete your whole account

Email delete@fluxora.marshalx.dev with the subject Delete my account. Send it from the address you signed up with. We'll confirm by reply.

Your account is deleted within 30 days. Deletion is permanent — you can't recover the account afterwards.

What you'll lose

• Your sign-in — email address and password
• Your profiles, their pictures and PINs
• Access to any server you were invited to
• Any share links you created

What isn't affected

Files on your own Fluxora server, and the record of what you opened there, stay on your machine. To remove those, uninstall the Fluxora server.

What we keep

If you've bought a paid plan, we keep the invoice for that purchase for as long as tax law requires — currently eight years in India. Nothing else is kept after the 30 days.
