Before you buy
Questions about paying
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes — your Fluxora account, the one you sign in to the app with. The plan belongs to it, so every server signed in to that account gets it. There is no licence key to keep.
Can I buy something I already own by mistake?
No. Before you pay, Fluxora checks what your account already holds. A plan you already have is refused, and a change to a running subscription goes to your customer portal instead of a second checkout.
How do I cancel or change a subscription?
In your customer portal — Manage your purchases on this site, or Profile → Billing in the app. A cancelled subscription keeps its features until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens when a subscription ends?
Your server keeps running on Free. Your library stays where it is, on your hardware; the paid features switch off until you subscribe again.
Can I switch from monthly to lifetime?
Yes. Buying Ultimate while a subscription runs cancels the subscription at the end of its billing period, so you keep the days you already paid for.
Who handles the payment?
Polar, Fluxora’s merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles the tax and emails your receipt. Invoices are in your customer portal — the first one asks for your billing name and address.
